MY STORY

I built my career across consulting, large-scale transformation, and founding my own AI tech company, working with businesses across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Across all of it, I kept seeing the same pattern: pressure to move fast, adopt new technology, and follow trends, without enough clarity on what actually makes sense for the business.

I’ve seen what happens when those decisions go wrong. Complex programs that look right on paper but fail in reality. Investments that don’t deliver. Leaders losing control over something they were supposed to improve.

And I’ve experienced it myself, building and losing a company, and understanding firsthand what’s at stake when technology, people, and responsibility collide.

That’s why my work today is focused on one thing: helping businesses make the right decisions about AI, before they commit, build, or invest - so they can grow without adding complexity or compromising what makes them exceptional.

My work is about empowering organizations navigate change thoughtfully - where technology serves a clear purpose, and people remain at the center.

 

Because the goal is not more technology -

the goal is better outcomes for people and organizations.

 

My work focuses on four essential dimensions:

 

Awareness and readiness

Building understanding and capabilities across the organization, so leaders and teams can navigate change confidently, not reactively.

 

Choosing the right lever: AI, Automation, or Human expertise

Not every problem needs AI. Some require automation. Some require human judgment. The value lies in making the right choice - intentionally.

 

Clarity before implementation

Defining the real problem, the desired outcome, and the long-term impact - before introducing solutions.

Embedding change that lasts

Ensuring the organization is not just using new tools, but building capability, confidence, and readiness for the future.

 

Because thoughtful change isn’t about adopting technology.

It’s about strengthening how organizations think, decide, and prepare for what’s ahead.
