My name is Carolin Baumgartner
I’m Carolin Baumgartner - an AI strategy consultant, founder, mentor and former digital transformation program manager with over 10 years of experience working across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Over the years, I’ve worked with companies, leaders, individuals, and students - and I keep seeing the same tension everywhere: pressure to move fast, adopt the latest technology, and follow trends - without enough space to step back and ask what actually makes sense.I know that tension firsthand.
I’ve built an AI startup myself, led complex transformation programs, and made high-stakes decisions where technology, people, and responsibility all collide. What drives me is meaningful change - improving how decisions are made, how technology is used, and how people are affected by it.
Not just what is possible - but what is right and useful.
I was shortlisted for the Women in IT Awards Asia and recently hosted a practical AI applications workshop for women leaders, organized by Women’s Choice. Today, I help organizations and decision-makers cut through the noise, get clarity, and choose solutions that are grounded, responsible, and actually helpful.
